Shipping and Returns
We are a professional dealer and use Fastway and Postehaste couriers . In-stock items shipped from our office will typically arrive within 1-3 business days in metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days in rural areas. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range and business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O.Box number.

The web site will automatically calculate the freight charge based on the weight and number of the item(s) in your cart. To estimate cost of packaging and courier, for a single “ticket” it costs: $6- $12.50.
If a purchase is made from outside of NZ and GST is paid at checkout, it will be then invoiced as a 15% processing fee instead of a standard Good and Services Charge in NZ.
As this site is geared towards sales within NZ, additional payment to cover the cost of international shipping may be required after an item has been purchased.
FREIGHT IS INDICATIVE AND WILL BE CONFIRMED AT CHECKOUT WITH EXCEPTION TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
– We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back and all items sent back to us must be in their original condition. All goods to be returned must have a Goods Return Authority issued by us. The issue of a Goods Return Authority does not guarantee that we will accept the return.
– We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
– All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback.
– Where a faulty product is returned and you have requested a Goods Return Authority within 7 working days of dispatch, and the returned product has not been used or opened or otherwise deemed unsalable by us you will be credited in full unless the return is due to an error by us. Freight charges will not be credited under any circumstances.
– Non-faulty product will require a Goods Return Authority, must be in sale-able condition, and will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Freight charges will not be credited under any circumstances.
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Item is incorrectly described in the listing
If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of 1.a credit OR
Friendly Notice: If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance.
